Alpha 3

A big-ish update.

- Story Mode! Now there's one (1) route you can follow through to the game as is intended! May still have bugs. Final boss might be impossible.

- Skill adjustments, again. Make sure you use 'em!

- Music! Music I don't have the rights to but will use anyways because I'm not making money!
